Privacy Policy — NSS Track
Effective date: August 9, 2026
NSS Connect Co., Ltd. ("we", "us", "our") operates the NSS Track vehicle GPS
tracking service, including the website at track.nss-connect.com and the NSS
Track mobile application for Android and iOS (together, the "Service"). This
Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the
choices you have.
1. Information We Collect
- Account information — username and password (stored as
a salted hash, never in plain text), and the company/customer account you
are associated with.
- Vehicle location data — GPS coordinates, speed, heading,
ignition status, mileage, and alarm events reported by the GPS tracking
hardware installed in your vehicle(s). We do not access your
phone's own location — location data originates from the vehicle
tracking device, not from the app on your device.
- Push notification token — a device identifier issued by
Firebase Cloud Messaging (Google) so we can deliver alarm notifications to
your device. This token is deleted when you log out or when it becomes
invalid (e.g. after the app is uninstalled).
- Session data — cookies and, if you choose "remember me",
a long-lived login token stored on your device.
- Customer/company information — company name, contact
phone number, and address, where provided for your account.
- Basic technical logs — IP address and timestamps of
server requests, kept for security and troubleshooting purposes.
2. How We Use Your Information
- To provide the vehicle tracking service: real-time location, trip
history, and reports for the vehicles registered to your account.
- To send push notifications for alarm events (e.g. speeding, SOS,
geofence exit) related to your vehicles.
- To authenticate your login and keep your account secure.
- To respond to support requests.
- We do not use your information for advertising, and we
do not sell or rent your personal information to third parties.
3. How We Share Information
We share information only with:
- Firebase Cloud Messaging (Google) — to deliver push
notifications. Google acts as our data processor for this purpose only.
- Law enforcement or regulators, where required by law.
We do not share your data with advertisers or data brokers.
4. Data Retention
Real-time location data is retained for the operational lifetime of your
account. Historical trip data is retained according to your subscription plan
and can be deleted on request, subject to any legal record-keeping
requirements. Push tokens are removed on logout or when they become invalid.
5. Security
Passwords are stored using industry-standard salted hashing. All web and
API traffic is served over HTTPS. Access to production systems is restricted
to authorized personnel.
6. Your Rights (Thailand PDPA)
Under the Personal Data Protection Act B.E. 2562 (2019), you have the right
to:
- Access and receive a copy of your personal data
- Request correction of inaccurate data
- Request deletion or anonymization of your data
- Withdraw consent at any time (this may limit your ability to use the
Service)
- Object to or restrict certain processing
- Lodge a complaint with the Office of the Personal Data Protection
Committee (PDPC) of Thailand

7. Children's Privacy
The Service is intended for business and fleet-management use by adults. We
do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
8. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will
be reflected by updating the "Effective date" above.

บริษัท เอ็นเอสเอส คอนเนคท์ จำกัด ("บริษัท", "เรา") เป็นผู้ให้บริการระบบติดตามยานพาหนะ
ด้วย GPS ภายใต้ชื่อ NSS Track ซึ่งรวมถึงเว็บไซต์ track.nss-connect.com และแอปพลิเคชัน
มือถือ NSS Track สำหรับ Android และ iOS (เรียกรวมว่า "บริการ") นโยบายฉบับนี้อธิบายถึง
ข้อมูลที่เราเก็บ วิธีการใช้ข้อมูล และสิทธิ์ของท่าน
1. ข้อมูลที่เราเก็บรวบรวม
- ข้อมูลบัญชีผู้ใช้ — ชื่อผู้ใช้และรหัสผ่าน (จัดเก็บในรูปแบบ hash
แบบ salted ไม่เก็บเป็นข้อความธรรมดา) และบัญชีลูกค้า/บริษัทที่ท่านสังกัด
- ข้อมูลตำแหน่งยานพาหนะ — พิกัด GPS, ความเร็ว, ทิศทาง, สถานะ
เครื่องยนต์, ระยะทาง และเหตุการณ์แจ้งเตือน ที่รายงานจากอุปกรณ์ GPS Tracker ที่ติดตั้ง
บนยานพาหนะของท่าน เราไม่มีการเข้าถึงตำแหน่งของโทรศัพท์ท่านโดยตรง —
ข้อมูลตำแหน่งมาจากอุปกรณ์ติดตามบนรถ ไม่ใช่จากแอปบนเครื่องท่าน
- Push notification token — รหัสประจำเครื่องที่ออกโดย Firebase
Cloud Messaging (Google) เพื่อใช้ส่งการแจ้งเตือนไปยังเครื่องของท่าน ข้อมูลนี้จะถูกลบ
เมื่อท่าน logout หรือเมื่อ token ใช้งานไม่ได้แล้ว (เช่น หลังถอนแอปออกจากเครื่อง)
- ข้อมูล session — cookie และหากท่านเลือก "จดจำฉันไว้" จะมีการเก็บ
token สำหรับเข้าสู่ระบบระยะยาวไว้บนเครื่องของท่าน
- ข้อมูลลูกค้า/บริษัท — ชื่อบริษัท, เบอร์โทรติดต่อ, ที่อยู่ ตามที่ให้ไว้
สำหรับบัญชีของท่าน
- บันทึกทางเทคนิคพื้นฐาน — IP address และเวลาที่เข้าใช้งานระบบ

2. วัตถุประสงค์การใช้ข้อมูล
- เพื่อให้บริการติดตามยานพาหนะ: ตำแหน่งแบบเรียลไทม์ ประวัติการเดินทาง และรายงาน
สำหรับยานพาหนะที่ลงทะเบียนในบัญชีของท่าน
- เพื่อส่งการแจ้งเตือนเหตุการณ์ (เช่น ความเร็วเกินกำหนด, SOS, ออกนอกพื้นที่) ที่
เกี่ยวข้องกับยานพาหนะของท่าน
- เพื่อยืนยันตัวตนการเข้าสู่ระบบและรักษาความปลอดภัยของบัญชี
- เพื่อตอบสนองคำขอการสนับสนุนจากท่าน
- เราไม่นำข้อมูลของท่านไปใช้เพื่อการโฆษณา และไม่ขายหรือให้เช่าข้อมูล
ส่วนบุคคลแก่บุคคลที่สาม
3. การเปิดเผยข้อมูลแก่บุคคลที่สาม
เราเปิดเผยข้อมูลเฉพาะกับ:
- Firebase Cloud Messaging (Google) — เพื่อส่งการแจ้งเตือนแบบ
push เท่านั้น โดย Google ทำหน้าที่เป็นผู้ประมวลผลข้อมูลแทนเราสำหรับวัตถุประสงค์นี้
- หน่วยงานบังคับใช้กฎหมายหรือหน่วยงานกำกับดูแล ตามที่กฎหมายกำหนด
เราไม่แชร์ข้อมูลของท่านกับผู้ลงโฆษณาหรือนายหน้าข้อมูล
4. ระยะเวลาการเก็บข้อมูล
ข้อมูลตำแหน่งแบบเรียลไทม์จะถูกเก็บไว้ตลอดอายุการใช้งานบัญชีของท่าน ข้อมูลประวัติการ
เดินทางจะถูกเก็บตามแพ็กเกจการใช้งาน และสามารถขอลบได้ตามคำร้องขอ ภายใต้ข้อกำหนดทาง
กฎหมายเรื่องการเก็บบันทึก (ถ้ามี) Push token จะถูกลบเมื่อ logout หรือเมื่อใช้งานไม่ได้แล้ว
5. ความปลอดภัย
รหัสผ่านจัดเก็บด้วยวิธี hash แบบ salted ตามมาตรฐานอุตสาหกรรม การรับส่งข้อมูลเว็บและ
API ทั้งหมดผ่าน HTTPS การเข้าถึงระบบ production จำกัดเฉพาะบุคลากรที่ได้รับอนุญาต
6. สิทธิ์ของท่านตาม PDPA
ภายใต้พระราชบัญญัติคุ้มครองข้อมูลส่วนบุคคล พ.ศ. 2562 ท่านมีสิทธิ์ดังนี้:
- เข้าถึงและขอรับสำเนาข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลของท่าน
- ขอแก้ไขข้อมูลที่ไม่ถูกต้อง
- ขอลบหรือทำให้ข้อมูลไม่สามารถระบุตัวตนได้
- ถอนความยินยอมได้ทุกเมื่อ (อาจส่งผลต่อการใช้บริการ)
- คัดค้านหรือขอจำกัดการประมวลผลข้อมูลบางส่วน
- ร้องเรียนต่อสำนักงานคณะกรรมการคุ้มครองข้อมูลส่วนบุคคล (สคส.)

7. ความเป็นส่วนตัวของเด็ก
บริการนี้จัดทำขึ้นเพื่อการใช้งานเชิงธุรกิจ/บริหารจัดการยานพาหนะโดยผู้ใหญ่ เราไม่มี
เจตนาเก็บข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลจากเด็ก
8. การเปลี่ยนแปลงนโยบาย
เราอาจปรับปรุงนโยบายฉบับนี้เป็นครั้งคราว การเปลี่ยนแปลงที่มีนัยสำคัญจะสะท้อนผ่านการ
อัปเดตวันที่ "มีผลบังคับใช้" ด้านบน
